AIR will hold its second in-depth seminar on Monday, October 30, 2019 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Attorney Lisa Diefenderfer will be joining us to discuss – Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA). The Supreme Court is set to begin hearings in November on the legality of Trump’s termination of the Obama-era program. This is your chance to fully understand DACA as the Supreme Court begins it discussion concerning its legality.
Seminar is free and open to all persons interested in learning about immigration. Trained Observers are also urged to attend so they better understand what is happening in Immigration Court.
